Gustavo Hingel Morada

Gustavo Hingel Morada is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at isaac since May 2022, Gustavo has also had roles including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering, demonstrating a strong trajectory in leadership. In addition to this role, Gustavo is a member of Founders Club since May 2023. Previously, at Carta from October 2018 to May 2022, Gustavo held the position of Director of Engineering, contributing to the development of a global ownership management platform. A notable tenure at WPensar included serving as Partner and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing significant engineering expansion and product development prior to its exit to Arco (NASDAQ: ARCE). Throughout a diverse career, Gustavo has held key positions at LiveCapital Brasil, Cota Comigo, Technocorp AV Inc., Infomarka Junior Computer Company, and LMDC, cementing a solid foundation in software development and engineering practices.
