Jared Batson is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as the Owner and Chef at Onion Bulb Productions LLC and both the Culinary Advisor and Director of Culinary at the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center, Jared has also held the position of Chef Instructor at Common Threads and previously worked as a Culinary Operations Manager and Design Consultant for Zuul, NYC's first dedicated Ghost Kitchen. Early career highlights include Executive Chef of R&D at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, where Jared led menu development and culinary innovation, as well as the successful ownership of The Nomad Food Company LLC, which won the 2017 Jean Banchet Award for Best Alternative Dining. Jared's educational background includes a Culinary Arts degree from Ballymaloe Cookery School and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Miami University.

The mission is to work with the poor, the isolated and disconnected of all ages, genders, backgrounds and abilities to promote social and physical well being and encourage growth, self-reliance and dignity throughout every stage of life. The Isaacs Center provides community based services, educational and cultural opportunities for more than 6,000 low income children, teens, adults, seniors and families each year.
