Johnny Roberts is Isaac’s Business & Market Development Director, helping all locations in their marketing endeavors. He’s been in the restaurant business since he was 16 years old. He left an advertising firm in the 90s to merge his love of restaurants and marketing when he started at Isaac’s in 2000. He and his husband, Richard, live out in the countryside in western Lancaster County where they garden, bake and spend as much time as possible with their 2 standard poodles.
