Benoit Harmant

Benoit Harmant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital workplace management and information systems. Currently serving as Digital Workplace Manager at Isabel Group since June 2022, Benoit also co-owns OBAA sprl, a venture established after years of collaboration with friends Olivier and Ali. Prior to their current roles, Benoit held significant positions at STIB-MIVB as IS Knowledge Manager, where responsibilities included transforming the IS department into a learning organization, and at Christelijke Mutualiteit as Deputy Service Delivery Manager for B2E services, successfully managing a team and improving service metrics. Benoit's earlier career at Kellogg's involved senior technical support across Northern Europe and infrastructure management. Benoit holds degrees from esteemed institutions, including an Executive Program in IT Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Licentiaat in Ekonomische Wetenshappen from KU Leuven.
