Brian Ellis, CISA, is an experienced IT audit and compliance professional currently serving as a Board Member and Secretary for ISACA's Northwest Ohio Chapter since May 2024. In February 2024, Brian took on the role of IT Controls Manager at B. Riley Financial, focusing on compliance oversight and leading audit cycles. Prior to this, from January 2022 to February 2024, Brian was an Information Technology Audit Manager at Armanino LLP, managing multiple SOX-404 compliance audits within the technology sector. Brian's extensive experience includes positions at Holtzman Partners, Aronson LLC, Deloitte, Nationwide Insurance, and Ernst & Young, where roles ranged from IT Auditor to Senior Consultant, emphasizing IT risk management and compliance across various industries. Brian holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Ohio University.
