Senior Director, Customer Success Operations at ISACA

Jamie Boswell has over 25 years of work experience in various customer support and technical roles. They started their career as a PC Technician at Affinia in 1996 and later became a Senior PC Technician at Affinia Under Vehicle Group. In 2006, they joined Follett Software Company as a Technical Support Analyst and subsequently served as a Technical Support Team Lead and Technical Support Supervisor at Follett Software. In 2012, Jamie moved to Follett School Solutions as a Technical Support Manager and later became the Director of Customer Support. Most recently, they have worked at ISACA, starting as the Director of Customer Experience and eventually taking on roles as the Senior Director of Customer Experience and Quality, and currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success Operations.

Jamie Boswell completed a Certificate in Business and Management at McHenry County College. They also earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in 2004 from the same institution. Later, Jamie pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business-Management from National-Louis University, completing it in 2012. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Management from National-Louis University in 2014.
