Juan A. Delgado has over 23 years of experience in the IT industry, currently serving as Manager of IT Support and System Administration at ISACA since January 2011. Previous roles within ISACA include IT Support Lead, System Administrator, Technical Support Specialist II, Technical Analyst II, and Web/IS Support Specialist. Prior to ISACA, Juan worked as a Network Engineer at Aviva - North America from February 2010 to January 2011 and held various positions such as Senior Support Engineer at ACNielsen/VNU/The Nielsen Company/Tata Consultancy Services/CompuCom from October 2000 to February 2010, and Technical Support Specialist at TEKsystems from August 1997 to October 2000. Additionally, Juan has pursued education at ITT Technical Institute from May 2009 to the present.
