Miwako Chun

Miwako Chun is a Credentialing Program Specialist at ISACA since April 2022, focusing on certificate and certification program process improvements. Previously, Miwako served as a Client Services Specialist at PSI Services LLC from July 2017 to April 2022, providing multilingual support and resolving technical and exam security issues through a ticketing system. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Secretary at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka from June 2008 to April 2016, where Miwako received the “Manager of the Quarter” award and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, as a Business Development Specialist at Second Nature Company, Ltd. from March 2006 to May 2008, Miwako facilitated business development in North America and promoted products at industry exhibitions. Miwako holds a B.A. in International Studies from Osaka Gakuin University, completed in March 2004.
