Jill Nichols-Hicks

Jill Nichols-Hicks is the Founder and Owner of Illuminating Women LLC, established in May 2014, dedicated to fostering connections and celebrating women's achievements. As an Independent Associate with Isagenix since September 2013, Jill focuses on promoting healthier lifestyles through effective nutritional products. Previously, Jill served as a Pre-Planning Advisor and Family Service Counselor at Dignity Memorial Funeral Homes, where responsibilities included helping clients with funeral arrangements. Jill's experience in education spans from an Assistant Manager role in Before and After School Enrichment at Issaquah School District to serving as an Educational Assistant for special needs students. Earlier positions include Sales/Financial Director at Dream On Home Furnishings and Store Manager at Claires Boutiques, showcasing a strong background in management and customer service. Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications with a minor in Anthropology from Western Washington University.
