Lars Negstad

Lars Negstad is a social justice strategist currently serving as the Policy Director at ISAIAH. With extensive experience in investigative research, organizing, policy, and communications, Lars previously held roles as the Strategic Affairs Coordinator at UNITE HERE from 1996 to 2011 and as a Research Analyst for the Hotel Employees & Restaurant Employees International Union from 1996 to 2000. Earlier in Lars's career, they worked as a Writer/Editor for Church World Service in Cambodia and contributed to the International Campaign to Ban Landmines. Lars earned a B.A. in History from Oberlin College, completing their degree in 1992.
