Björn Dressler

Björn Dressler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Björn is currently serving as the Vice President of Production at Isar Aerospace since June 2022. Before that, they founded their own company in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens as the Head of Operations from July 2015 to September 2020. Björn also served as the Technical Plant Manager at Robert Bosch Sicam SRL from July 2012 to June 2015. Additionally, they worked at Robert Bosch Automotive Aftermarket as part of the Office of Executive/Business Development from November 2010 to June 2012. Björn started their career at Robert Bosch Kft. Hungary in July 2005, first as a Project Leader until October 2006, and then as a Production Manager until October 2010. Björn began their professional journey as a Graduate Management Trainee at Robert Bosch in December 2003, where they worked until June 2005.

Björn Dressler has a diverse education history. In 2018, they completed a program on Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption at INSEAD. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued an Executive MBA at Hult Ashridge. Björn holds no specific degrees from the Estonian Business School, Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS), or SeAMK - Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, in December 2018, they obtained a certification in INSEAD Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption through the Online Programmes provided by the institution.
