Martin Schleich

Martin Schleich has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Martin currently works at Isar Aerospace as the Chief of Staff since July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Interim Head of Talent from November 2021 to June 2022, and Founders Associate from October 2020 to June 2021.

In addition, Martin was involved with Kleta as a Business Angel and Supporter starting from October 2020. Martin also served as a Mentor at XPRENEURS Incubator from January 2021 to December 2021, providing support to the new space startup Vyoma. Furthermore, they acted as a Mentor at Techstars Berlin during the same period.

Before their involvement in the startup ecosystem, Martin gained experience as an Investment Analyst at Surplus Invest GmbH from November 2018 to October 2020. In this role, they focused on deal sourcing, due diligence, market research, portfolio management, portfolio reporting, and business analytics for PropTech startups.

Additionally, Martin worked as an Assistant to the Chief Information Officer at Allianz in 2018, where their responsibilities included IT reporting and data analysis for a DAX 30 company. Martin started their professional journey as a Research and Development Intern at Daimler AG from February 2017 to September 2017.

Martin Schleich began their education in 2013 at the University of Tübingen, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Allgemeine Rhetorik, both of which they completed in 2017. In 2016, they briefly attended the University of Connecticut School of Business to study Business Administration.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Martin continued their education at the Technical University of Munich, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management and Technology from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Martin Schleich obtained a certification called "The Chief of Staff Association Micro-Credentials" from The Chief of Staff Association in February 2023.
