Prior to this, Michael worked as an engineering technician specializing in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and held various roles in healthcare and staffing, including account specialist and coordinator, focusing on business development and client satisfaction. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from San Diego State University.
