Otis Kelley

Otis Kelley is a software engineer with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at ISC since March 2023. Prior to this, Kelley held positions at Lightspeed Financial Services Group from February 2020 to March 2023, initially as a Software Developer and advancing to Lead Developer for Web and Cloud. At The Metro Group Inc., from November 2018 to January 2020, Kelley led the development of an internal web-based dispatch system and created scalable APIs that significantly improved service efficiency and customer retention. Additionally, a Full Stack Developer Intern role at miramom involved writing unit tests and documentation. Otis Kelley holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University at Albany, earned between 2014 and 2018, along with experience as a Research Assistant during the academic tenure.
