Niels Seier is an experienced professional in project management and structural engineering, currently serving as the Head of Project Management and Project Manager at ISC Consulting Engineers A/S since January 2009. In this role, Niels has focused on the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project, contributing to the detailed design across multiple disciplines including layout, structure, fire & safety, process, and piping for 3 x 800 MW platforms. Niels has significant expertise in managing offshore retrofit projects in the oil industry, characterized by strong client relations and a deep understanding of client needs. Previously, Niels held positions as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Maersk Drilling, engaging in various projects, including the redeployment of Mærsk Inspirer and detailed design for Maersk Reacher. Niels began the career as a Structural Engineer at Strunge og Hartvigsen. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark, completed in 2007.
