Noelia Fernández Arroyo

Noelia Fernández Arroyo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and media. Currently serving as Managing Director for Large Customer Sales at Google, Noelia has held various leadership roles within the company since September 2017, focusing on emerging markets and Northern Europe. As a founder and member of the academic board at ISDI, Noelia is committed to enhancing competitiveness in the digital landscape. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Digital Transformation Officer at PRISA, where Noelia led IT and tech teams to drive digital initiatives, and vice president positions at Yahoo, overseeing international media strategy and audience engagement. Noelia holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's in Communication from the University of Navarra.
