Vidya Rangan is an experienced professional in policy and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Policy and Engagement at ISEAL since June 2015, after holding the position of Senior Manager for Impacts and Innovations. Prior to this role, Vidya worked at The Fairtrade Foundation from October 2011 to June 2015 as Senior Research and Impact Manager. Earlier experiences include serving as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore from October 2008 to September 2009, and as Programme Coordinator at EQUATIONS (Equitable Tourism Options) from June 2004 to September 2008. Vidya holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Oxford, completed between 2009 and 2011.
