Eileen Larance

Eileen Larance is the Director of Organizational Development & Marketing Communications at ISEC. Eileen has over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering engagement, leadership development, individual development, and team effectiveness solutions.

Eileen began their career in human resources at Centura Health, where they served as the Talent Development Manager. In this role, they led a team of 10 to identify best practices and align expectations for 17+ unique onboarding processes. Eileen also collaborated to incorporate assessments to hire for fit and guide individual development.

In their current role at ISEC, Eileen is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of engagement, leadership development, individual development, and team efficiency solutions. Eileen also oversees the operations and infrastructure for the learning & development systems.

Eileen Larance reports to Greg Timmerman, President & CEO. They work with Kelly Martin - Vice President, Keith Mohr - Vice President, and Eric Anderson - Regional Manager.
