Reynaldy Dwiyansha

Reynaldy Dwiyansha has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Reynaldy started their career as a Customer Care Specialist at Tokopedia in 2018 and later joined PT. Alfa Gemilang Sakti as a Project Market Representative. In 2019, they joined iSeller Commerce, where they worked as a Customer Success Specialist, Lead of Support, Lead of Operations, and eventually became the Head of Customer Experience. In their most recent role as the Head of Operations, they were responsible for managing and supervising various operational divisions, developing strategic plans, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Reynaldy has also excelled in team management, implementing improvements, and approaching prospective merchants.

Reynaldy Dwiyansha earned a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, completing their education from 2012 to 2017.
