Hazel Jade Manuel

Hazel Jade Manuel has extensive experience in the field of media and business operations, currently serving as a Media Data Researcher at iSentia since August 2014. Prior to this role, Hazel worked as a BPO Transaction Analyst/Voice Resource at Accenture from May 2010 to August 2014 and held a position as a Negotiator at Globe Telecom for a brief period. Earlier in the career, Hazel gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel from December 2008 to August 2009. Academic qualifications include two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, and Marketing Management, both obtained from New Era University in Quezon City.
