Ken Michael

Ken Michael is a seasoned executive in the mortgage banking industry, currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer at iServe Residential Lending since July 2008, where the company offers a diverse range of loan programs including FHA and VA loans. Prior to this role, Ken held the position of Regional Vice President at LIME Financial Services, where successful development of the Southeast Region resulted in significant revenue growth and multiple performance awards. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President for Olympus Mortgage and Regional Sales Manager at EquiFirst Corporation, where strategic initiatives led to substantial increases in production and sales volume.
