Vânia Guerreiro has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and brand strategy, currently serving as the Head of Global Brand, Communication & People's Happiness at iServices Portugal since March 2020. Under Vânia's leadership, the online store achieved a remarkable 1000% growth compared to the previous year. Vânia's career includes roles as Head of Marketing and Communication at iServices, responsible for market-leading initiatives in smartphone repair since the company's inception in 2011. Previously, Vânia held significant positions at Teleperformance, Winning Scientific Management, Green Media, and Autodesk, demonstrating a strong background in strategic communication, project management, and media relations. Vânia is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication Sciences at the University of Lisbon, building on a Master's in Strategic Communication and a Licentiate degree in Architecture from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
