Vânia Lopo is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at iServices Portugal since May 2023, Vânia previously worked at GesLoures from September 2018 to May 2023, focusing on recruitment processes, internal communication, and performance monitoring in HR and finance. Additional responsibilities included fostering an inclusive work environment, data analysis, and administrative support for HR functions. Vânia's career in HR follows a foundational role at Randstad, where responsibilities included client relationship management and process standardization. Vânia holds a degree in Sociology from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
