Michael Humelsine

Michael Humelsine has worked in various roles since 2007. Michael began their career at CVS Caremark Corporation as a Photo Lab Technician in 2007. In 2010, they joined the Florida Department of Financial Services as an EDI Team Lead, where they served as a business systems analyst, technical advisor, data analytics, and software QA tester. In 2013, they moved to Asysco Mainframe Migrations as a Customer Support/Services Consultant, where they served as the company's primary web developer, QA software tester, and services consultant. In 2014, they joined Information Systems of Florida, Inc. (ISF) as a Software Developer and Technical Lead. In this role, they took a 20+ year old ASP. NET WebForms app and turned it into 12 containerized microservices. Michael also joined the Florida Department of Financial Services as a Government Analyst II (Developer) where they modernized ASP. NET Web Forms applications to be more light-weight and responsive.

Michael Humelsine obtained their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Barry University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate of Science in Network Services from Tallahassee Community College between 2007 and 2011. Michael also has additional certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA, including a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer - App Builder (obtained in January 2018), Security+ (obtained in August 2010), Network+ (obtained in June 2010), and Azure Developer Associate (obtained in March 2021).
