Scott Finger has extensive work experience in the field of investigations and insurance fraud management. Scott started their career at Travelers Insurance as a Special Investigator and Staff Investigator, where they investigated potentially fraudulent insurance claims and promoted fraud awareness through seminars and presentations. Scott then worked at InPhoto Surveillance as the Vice President of Special Investigations, where they managed a national client base and authored materials promoting insurance fraud management.
Scott then joined CNA as the Director of Surveillance Investigative Services, where they successfully developed and implemented a nationwide surveillance division within the company's Special Investigation Unit. Scott also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Investigative Options, an investigative division of CNA Insurance. In this role, they developed a national sales strategy and managed a sales team.
After their tenure at CNA, Scott founded their own private investigation company called Informed Claim Decisions, LLC. As the President, they specialized in surveillance and special investigation unit services for insurance companies, self-insureds, and risk management entities. Scott provided consulting, training, and vendor management services.
Scott later joined G4S Compliance and Investigations as the Regional Vice President for the Midwest region and was responsible for growth, operational oversight, and sales in a fourteen-state area. Scott also served as the VP of Account Management and Business Development, where they managed the Midwest Sales Team and oversaw various lines of business, including Special Investigation Unit, Compliance, Surveillance, and Database.
In their most recent role at ISG, Scott held several positions. Scott served as the VP of Program Management, where they worked with national account management and operations teams to deliver superior client support and customer service. Scott then became the Managing Director of Clinical Services, overseeing the integration and expansion of ISG's Clinical Services Division. Lastly, as the Managing Director of Investigations, they provided operational oversight and ensured the highest level of quality, service, and anti-fraud cost containment programs within the industry.

Scott Finger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from the University of Iowa, where they attended from 1982 to 1987.
