Mark Onken, PE, is a seasoned municipal engineer with over 10 years of experience in managing street and utility improvement projects, currently serving as a Municipal Engineer at ISG since October 2025. Mark is also actively involved as the Treasurer for the Board of Directors at NASTT - Midwest Chapter (MSTT) since April 2024. Previously, Mark worked as a Professional Engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc. from February 2015 to October 2025, where responsibilities included leading design and constructability reviews for various utility installations and infrastructure improvements. Mark began the engineering career with internships at the City of Minnetonka and the City of Plymouth, gaining practical experience in GIS applications, construction inspections, project management, and surveying. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned in 2014.
