Ed Walsh

Ed Walsh is an experienced professional in operational business services, serving as a Director at ISG since June 2006, where expertise includes process optimization and operational transformation. Prior to ISG, Ed founded Beam Reach Consulting, delivering analytical and strategic projects, including significant work with a major U.S. bank and a credit card issuer. Ed began a career at KPMG as a Senior Consultant focused on financial services and previously held a Vice President role at Citi in retail banking, managing diverse product lines and electronic delivery channels. Ed holds an MBA in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BA in English Language and Literature from Santa Clara University.
