Heiko Henkes

Heiko Henkes has a diverse work experience in the field of IT analysis and digital transformation. Heiko began their career as a Senior Analyst at techconsult GmbH, where they led the analyst team and worked on projects related to business performance and communication and cloud services. Heiko later joined Experton Group AG, where they served as a Manager Advisor, focusing on social business, cloud computing, mobility, and digitalization. Heiko also took on the role of Lead Advisor, leading internal and external consultants and developing new products and services. Currently, Heiko is working at ISG (Information Services Group) as a Director & Principal Analyst. In this role, they are responsible for the content and strategic management of the Global ISG Provider Lens (IPL) business, as well as serving as a thought leader for the IPL research analyst team. Heiko has expertise in defining derivations for clients and IT providers in their IT-based business model transformation.
