James Caldwell

James Caldwell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and global IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Architect and Software Engineering leader at Information Services Group (ISG) since June 2015, Caldwell supports a diverse client base, including many of the world's top enterprises. Prior to ISG, Caldwell held various roles at Network Interlinks from February 2003 to May 2015, culminating as Head of Infrastructure Services, focusing on planning, installation, and maintenance of client infrastructures. In earlier positions, Caldwell worked as a Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer, gaining significant expertise in storage, networking, and virtualization technologies. Caldwell began a career in IT at Timeweave Computing Plc as a Systems Engineer, specializing in Windows and basic networking support. Education includes time at Emanuel School and the University of Exeter.
