Swadhin Pradhan is an accomplished professional in the energy, resources, and manufacturing sectors with over 17 years of experience. Currently serving as Assistant Director and Principal Analyst at ISG, Swadhin focuses on providing insights through the ISG Provider Lens®, aiding clients in navigating changes in their industries. Prior to ISG, Swadhin held various analytical and advisory roles at IBM, delivering integrated insights to drive growth across manufacturing and energy industries. Earlier career highlights include managerial and analytical positions at Deloitte and Evalueserve, where responsibilities included project management and research in the oil and gas sector. Swadhin holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IILM and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Utkal University.
