Kreeti Mathur

Kreeti Mathur is an accomplished professional in the field of talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Boiler, SFW, and APCE at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. since February 2008. Kreeti has also founded EmpowerIndia4Work, operational from September 2020 to September 2024. Previously, Kreeti gained valuable experience as a Management Trainee at Doosan Engineering & Services and completed a summer internship at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Kreeti holds multiple degrees in Human Resources Development from prestigious institutions, including a specialization in Talent Acquisition from XLRI Jamshedpur, an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICFAI University.
