Throughout the tenure at Ishida, Darren has held various positions including Service Operations Manager, Ishida Middle East Customer Services Manager, Customer Service Support Manager (EMEA), Customer Service Manager (UK), Customer Service Team Leader (UK), Service Engineer, Product Engineer, and Design Engineer. Prior to joining Ishida, Darren worked as a Design Engineer at Avery Weigh-Tronix from September 1987 to June 1998. Educationally, Darren attended Sandwell College from 1986 to 1991, earning a degree in H&C, Computer Aided Engineering, after completing studies at Willingsworth High School from 1981 to 1986.
