Sarah Cash is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in learning and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior L&D Business Partner at Ishida Europe Ltd since December 2022, Sarah previously operated as a self-employed Human Resources, Learning and Organisational Development Consultant. Sarah spent 35 years at Sandwell Council, culminating in the role of Senior HR Business Partner - Development, where leadership efforts resulted in notable achievements such as the successful implementation of the Apprenticeship Levy and multiple Covid response projects. Educational credentials include a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Development and a City and Guilds Certificate in Education.
