Rhoda Sofi is a Cyber Security Analyst at Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. since June 2022, responsible for developing and coordinating authorization documentation, including Systems Categorization and risk assessments, while supporting control assessment processes using GRC tools. Previously, Rhoda held the position of Senior Information Security Assurance Analyst at Northrop Grumman, focusing on assessing cloud systems and leading the Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation lifecycle. Earlier experience includes roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, TM3 Solutions, and tiag®, where Rhoda developed security controls, conducted assessments, and provided strategic advice on cyber risk. Rhoda holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security and Policy Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
