Aaron Tyo-Dickerson

Aaron Tyo-Dickerson is an experienced educator and technology professional currently serving as a Freelance Contributor for ISH Academy and holding multiple roles at the International School of The Hague since August 2019, including Technology Innovation Coordinator and teacher for both IB DP (Theory of Knowledge) and IB MYP (Design). Aaron has contributed as a speaker for AppsEvents and managed translation projects for Transifex, coordinating the Amharic and basic German languages for the Scratch translators team. Previous roles include middle school ICT teacher and director of technology at the International School of Stavanger, project manager for Google for Education, and model schools program coordinator at Tompkins-Seneca-Tioga BOCES. Aaron holds a Master's degree in Education from the University at Albany and has specialized in project management principles through Coursera. Educational qualifications also include degrees in Education and German from Miami University and a diploma in German from the Defense Language Institute.
