Victor Burgos Labrada

Victor Burgos Labrada is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Plant General Manager at iSi Group since July 2023, Victor has previously held significant roles including Plant Manager at TI Fluid Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing a plant with over 350 machines and ensuring the safety of more than 600 employees. Victor's leadership experience spans various organizations, including Colchones Lester and multiple plants at Poliuretanos Summa Woodbridge, where expertise ranged from managing production processes to implementing quality systems under ISO standards. Victor holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as diplomas in Lean Enterprise processes and a Top Management Program from IPADE Business School.
