Philip Smith

Philip Smith, PMP, is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in project management across various industries, including telecommunications and military operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager at ISI Professional Services since May 2023, Philip previously held positions such as General Manager at Point Broadband and Program Manager at Black Box, where management of a significant wireless network refresh program was a key responsibility. With a strong background in project management and operations, Philip has also served in multiple capacities in the US Army, including Company Commander and Special Projects Officer, focusing on training and deployment of soldiers. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, along with degrees in Leadership and Construction Management.
