Rory Osborough (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Beginning as a Customer Service Representative at The Co-operative Group from 2011 to 2013, Rory then worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at Inter Hannover (International Insurance Company of Hannover Plc) from 2013 to 2014. Following this, Rory served as an HR Administrator at Partnership for a short period in 2014. Later that year, at Ashurst, Rory assumed the role of Partnership Office Administrator before moving on to become an HR Advisor, supporting six HR managers across different locations. Notably, Rory delivered global change projects and provided board papers on future recruitment strategy.

In 2016, Rory joined RBS as an HR Specialist Advisor, focusing on employee relations and process improvement projects. Rory eventually became a Human Resources Consultant, delivering commercially aware advice on policies, processes, and department efficiency savings. During this time, Rory also fulfilled a secondment as a Human Resources Advisor.

In 2020, Rory transitioned to NatWest Group as a Human Resources Consultant, delivering advice on policies, processes, and employee relations. Rory successfully delivered Diversity & Inclusion sessions aligned with the bank's strategy.

Most recently, Rory worked as a Senior Consultant at EY, partnering with clients in the financial services sector to deliver solutions supporting their business and people strategies. Engagements included reviewing, benchmarking, and developing recommendations for emerging talent programs. Rory also supported bids and propositions within the Workforce Advisory team.

Currently, Rory is employed as an HR Manager at Isio starting from 2023.

Rory Osborough (Assoc CIPD) obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Croydon College from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Rory completed a degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling from 2010 to 2014. Rory also holds additional certifications, including EY Insurance - Bronze Learning from EY obtained in January 2023, an Entrepreneurial Development Academy certification from the INSTITUTE OF ENTERPRISE AND ENTREPRENEURS LIMITED obtained in October 2018, an Associate Member status from CIPD obtained in 2016, and MHFA Lite certification from Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) Community Interest Company obtained in October 2015.
