RITESH then worked at PunjLloyd Kazakhstan LLP, where they held roles as a Planning Engineer, Senior Planning & Project Coordination Engineer, and Senior Planning & Project Controls Engineer. In 2006, they joined Dodsal E & C Pte Ltd as a Senior Planning & Project Controls Engineer. After that, they joined KazStroyService as the General Manager-Commercial & Contracts, Dy. Director Commercial, Business Development, Tenders/Proposals & Contracts, Director Commercial, Business Development, Tenders/Proposals & Contracts, and finally as the Executive Director Commercial-Strategy, Business Development & Proposals. RITESH worked at Kazmunaiservices & Contracting LLP as the Executive Director & Country Head-Kazakhstan & CIS Region. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at RMS (ISKER Group) and Managing Director at ISKER Group.
