Justin Nels has a strong background in hotel management and leadership roles. Justin began their career in 2006 as the Director of Sales & General Manager at John Q Hammons & Atrium Hospitality, where they worked until 2018. During their time there, they successfully managed sales operations and played a key role in the hotel's overall success.
In 2018, Justin joined Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts as the General Manager of their award-winning hotel in Center City Philadelphia. Under their leadership, the hotel received top rankings for service by Conde Nast.
Justin'smost recent position is with Isla Bella Beach Resort, where they serve as the Regional Managing Director. Since joining the resort in 2019, they have been instrumental in its success, earning the World Travel Award for "North America's Leading New Resort" in 2020 and achieving a top 15 ranking in Travel & Leisure's Top Florida Resort Hotels in 2021.
