Mariam Kadodia

Mariam Kadodia has extensive experience in fundraising and operational management, currently serving as the National Fundraising Operations Manager and former National Events and Challenges Coordinator at Islamic Relief UK since February 2015. Key achievements include overseeing a 19-city fundraising concert tour that engaged 10,000 attendees and raised over £620,000, as well as pivoting to virtual fundraising initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, securing over £556,000 from 51 challenge events. As the Charity Week Officer, Mariam managed a flagship campaign, coordinating over 120 volunteers and raising £3.9 million across three years while maintaining a budget under its limit. Prior roles include Community Fundraising and Volunteer Officer at Islamic Relief and Programme Management Intern at Pearson VUE. Mariam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology of Religion from King's College London.
