Saja Awad Barghouthi has a background in food science and nutrition, and has held positions in various organizations such as Mondelēz International and Pinnacle Foods. Currently working as the Refugee Services Manager at Islamic Relief USA, Saja is responsible for managing the refugee resettlement program and overseeing institutional partnerships. Prior to this role, Saja served as the US Regional Programs Coordinator at IRUSA, supporting grant implementation and acting as a liaison to US partners. Additionally, Saja worked as a Program Development Officer at Sawa Organization, where they researched, prepared, and submitted grant proposals. With a Bachelor's degree from Montclair State University, Saja has a strong foundation in the field of nutrition and food science.
