Terri Holder

Terri Holder's work experience includes serving as the President of Island Creek Associates (ICA) since January 2009. Before that, they worked as the Program Management for the Navy at NDTI, Inc. from September 2007 to January 2009. Earlier in their career, they held a role in Project Control at Compass Systems in 2005 and had various positions at Eagan McAllister from 2002 to 2005. Terri's work experience also includes serving as the Executive Director at ManTech from 1987 to 2001.

Terri Holder attended Robert Morris University from 1983 to 1987, but did not complete a degree during that time. At a later point, Terri obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Robert Morris University.
