Leah Cabacungan

Leah Cabacungan is the Vice President, Finance for Island Energy Services. Cabacungan has more than 20 years of experience, 15 of which is in the oil and gas industry with roles of increasing responsibility in the upstream, retail, refining, and logistics sectors. Her previous experience included leading the Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Process Migration and Implementation and Process & System Implementation work. Prior to joining Island Energy, Cabacungan was employed by Par Pacific and Chevron Holdings Inc. Cabacungan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is a Certified Public Accountant (PH).
