Joss Ryall is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Island Green Power since October 2020, where a focus is on asset sales, business development, financial modelling, and transaction negotiation. Prior roles at Island Green Power include Head of Projects NZ, overseeing a 1GW portfolio of solar and storage projects in Aotearoa, and Development Manager for UK Solar, leading utility-scale solar PV projects in the UK through to shovel-ready status. Previous experience includes working as an Investment Manager and Senior Investment Associate at The Ingenious Group, concentrating on renewable energy project opportunities and solar development across various markets, and as an Investment Analyst at FIM Services Ltd, managing timberland portfolios and evaluating investment opportunities. Joss Ryall holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
