Galid Lahdahda

Galid Lahdahda is a highly experienced finance professional with extensive background in the energy and natural resources sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Downstream & Chemicals at Standard Chartered Bank since December 2007, Galid manages the Global Industries Group focusing on Oil and Gas. Prior to this role, Galid held key positions at ABN AMRO Bank, including Executive Director of the Oil & Gas Group and Vice President of the Structured Financial Solutions Group. Academic credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and a Propedeuse in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Additionally, Galid completed an Executive Education programme in Behavioral Finance at INSEAD.
