Lesley Giles

Lesley Giles is a seasoned project development manager with expertise in managing solar PV projects across various organizations. Currently at Island Green Power since February 2021, Lesley oversees the development and execution of solar energy initiatives. Previously held project management roles at WiseEnergy and Joju Solar, focusing on large-scale solar installations and residential projects, respectively. Additionally, Lesley served as a director for South East London Community Energy, contributing to community-based solar solutions that enhance sustainability. Lesley began a career in education as an English as a Second Language teacher at First Leap China, developing curriculum-aligned science lessons. Lesley holds a Master of Chemistry with Honours from Kingston University, earned in 2015.
