Tomas Tuominen

Tomas Tuominen is a seasoned executive in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Island Green Power since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tomas held the position of Senior Vice President - Power Markets at Renewable Power Capital from October 2021 to August 2024, and led the European PPA team as Senior Vice President at Green Investment Group from August 2018 to July 2021. Tomas has extensive experience in power purchase agreements and has also worked as PPA Director for GE Renewable Energy, and as a Senior Originator at Statkraft Energi AS. An early career includes positions as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as Founder & Managing Director of Sheffield SIFE. Tomas holds a MEng in Mechanical Engineering with Industrial Management from The University of Sheffield.
