Dan Grinberg is the Founder and President of Elara Brands LLC, established in July 2010, which produces safe food handling gloves, bags, and accessories while combating hunger in America by providing meals for those in need. Grinberg has served as Board Chair of Island Harvest Food Bank since 2004, aiding the largest hunger relief organization on Long Island. Additionally, Grinberg held the positions of Founder, President, and Investor at Meadow Ridge Capital from July 2007 to June 2010, specializing in middle market food-related companies. Prior experience includes ownership and leadership at FoodHandler from December 1990 to January 2005, where Grinberg transformed the family business into a leading supplier of food contact gloves. Grinberg holds a BA in History from Clark University, earned between 1983 and 1987.

Island Harvest Food Bank is a leading hunger-relief organization that provides food and other resources to people in need.
