David Osmond

David Osmond has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. David began their career in 1998 as a Manager of IT Operations at Guigne International Ltd., where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority, starting as a Systems Administrator and later progressing to various leadership roles. These roles included Team Lead of MS Technical Services, Manager of Enterprise Technical Services, Director of IT Operations, and finally, Senior Director of IT Strategy, Infrastructure, and Operations. Their most recent role began in June 2023 and their employment with Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority is ongoing.

David Osmond attended Camosun College from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Diploma in Computer Systems Technology.
